Dr. Jeff Carley

Founder & Medical Director

Dr Carley began his medical practice in Kings Mountain, NC over 20 years ago. His expertise in holistic medical care is his career passion. Dr Carley began offering unique and advanced Medical Spa services as the field of antiaging skincare and rejuvenation developed. Over the years he has mastered the science and clinical utility of many class 2 medical devices to help his patients health and educate others as a key opinion leader in his field. His vision of aging as a disease that can and should be treated and his understanding that aggressive insulin resistance management is paramount to health is now being recognized.

Not only is Dr Carley an expert in anti-aging skin treatments including non-surgical reductions of jowls, submental (double-chin) fat, droopy eyelids, eye bag reductions and non-surgical neck lifts, he is also outstanding at complex medical conditions including hair restoration, metabolism, weight management, female rejuvenation, skin tightening, and plasma injections into skin, joints and tendons. His training is extensive as he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago in 1992 and then completed his medical training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 in the top of his class. He served as Chief Intern and Chief Administrative Resident during his postgraduate Training in Largo, FL where he learned the foundation of his skin care skills and helped educate hundreds of doctors in training. He is the primary care team physician for Gardner Webb University and Kings Mountain High School and has served on the NC State Board of Athletic Trainer Medical Examiners. Dr Carley supervises and participates in medical research as a Principal Investigator for Clinical Research of the Carolinas.

Sara Dentel

MSN, FNP-C

Sara Dentel is a board certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and holistic care for all ages. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Carolina University and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at South University. She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. Sara brings a wide variety of experience with almost 20 years in Dermatology and Emergency nursing. Her talents include her skills as an injector and in intravenous hydration therapy, management of metabolism, hormones and weight and her capability to operate any medical device.

Lindsey McGinnis

Aesthetician
Lindsey is our Certified and Licensed Aesthetician, She is highly trained in facial aesthetic treatments and can operate numerous class 2 medical devices under the supervision of her medical providers Dr. Carley and Sara Dentel, FNP. Her reviews and results are outstanding and she is kind and gentle in her delivery.

Crystal Skinner

Clinic Director
Crystal is an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director with 14 years in the medical aesthetic industry. She has advanced training and is outstanding with our class 2 medical devices. Her leadership ensures that we adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality, while offering cutting edge aesthetic services that are tailored to individual patient needs.
